Terms of Use

By creating an account or using DHRUV (dhruvlife.com and the DHRUV app), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (dhruvlife.com/privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use DHRUV.

• DHRUV is for students of Class 9 & 10.

• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to you using DHRUV. You give their mobile number at sign-up and confirm that they have agreed.

• One account per student, with your own real details.

• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

• An account works on one device at a time. Signing in on another device signs the first one out.

• You can close your account any time in Settings. To erase all your data, email us (see the Privacy Policy).

• Lessons (Learn), flashcards and notes (Revise), questions (Practice), Speed Round and Revision Roulette, and Mock Tests.

• A daily study plan with missions, Chapters to Revise and Weekly Goals, made from your exams, marks and progress. A plan is a suggestion; you decide how you study.

• AI features: Ask DHRUV (doubts), Explain Back (feedback on your explanation), and checking of Practice and Mock answers.

• Dhruv Points, streaks, levels, badges, the leaderboard, Refer a Friend and the Parent Report.

Some features have daily or weekly limits, for example Practice results, Mock Tests, Ask DHRUV and Explain Back. The app always tells you when a limit is reached and when it opens again. We may change limits to keep DHRUV fair and running well.

• Our lessons and questions follow the CBSE syllabus for 2026-27. We check them carefully, but mistakes can happen. If you see one, use Report a Bug.

• Answers in Practice and Mock Tests are checked by AI. Marks and feedback are a guide to help you improve; they are not school or board marks.

• If you think an answer was checked wrongly, use "Raise a checking issue" on the result screen within 7 days. We read every issue and reply in the app.

• Ask DHRUV and Explain Back are AI and can be wrong. Check important points with your book or teacher.

• DHRUV is a study aid. It does not replace school or your teachers, and we cannot promise any exam result.

• Dhruv Points, levels and badges are for motivation inside DHRUV. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

• Points come from real study, within the daily limit. Points earned by cheating, fake accounts or misuse can be removed.

• Every student is on the leaderboard; you can leave it in Settings.

You get bonus points when a friend joins with your code and finishes setup, and your friend gets bonus points too. Referrals must be real people. Points from fake or self-made referrals are removed.

• Reviews, bug reports, checking issues and doubts must be honest and polite.

• A review may be shown in the app and on our website with your name, class, board, avatar and city (and school inside the app). We may keep a review hidden, for example if it is very short or has unsuitable words.

• You let us use what you send us to run and improve DHRUV.

• Sharing your account, or using someone else's

• Abusive, rude or unsafe words anywhere: name, school, reviews, Ask DHRUV, Explain Back, bug reports

• Copying, scraping or reselling our content

• Trying to break, overload or get around the app's limits and checks

We may limit, pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

The lessons, questions, explanations, diagrams, design and code of DHRUV belong to Dhruvlife Education Private Limited. You may use them for your own study only.

We work to keep DHRUV running all the time, but it may sometimes be slow or down, for example during updates or when an outside service has a problem.

As far as the law allows, Dhruvlife Education Private Limited is not responsible for exam results or for any loss from using DHRUV.

We may update these Terms. When a change matters, we tell you in the app before it applies. Using DHRUV after that means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms follow the laws of India; courts in India decide any dispute.
